Over time, I’ve been using the left-side inner pocket because it’s convenient for my right hand – my dominant hand. It wasn’t until recently, when I had to use my left hand, that I discovered an identical pocket on the right side too! Why hadn’t I noticed before? Simple – it was easier to stick to what I already knew and was comfortable with. This got me thinking about HR tech adoption. We often default to familiar methods and systems – the "dominant hand" of our organization. But exploring and adopting the untapped potential of new features, functionalities, or innovative ways of doing things often requires a deliberate push – using the “non-dominant hand.” 💡 What’s your “jacket story” in HR tech?
