Hi there. This is Gary Ryan Blair. And you're confronted with the reality the 3/4 of the year is just about history. Ioffer, the following is an ideal way for you to reflect on your year to date performance and how to plan for massive abundance in the 4th and final quarter of the year. O let's get after it. A benchmark is a point of reference from which accurate measurements and assessments can be made. And as it relates to your year to date results, October 1st is an extremely important benchmark because it represents the close of the third quarter as well as the beginning of the 4th. And in this message I've got 2 objectives. The first is spotlight and examine a number of timeless universal principles that have directly, inconsistently impacted your results for the 1st 3/4 of the year. And to explain exactly what you must do to make up for lost time, to close any performance gaps, to stage a comeback for the ages and most importantly, to show you how to finish the year strong. And it all begins by focusing in on your results. So here's the thing about year to date and your lifetime results. Your results are reflection of your self esteem and they demonstrate once you believe to be true about yourself and what you're capable of. Your results will never be greater than the vision and the beliefs that you hold in your mind. That's why small thoughts and limited beliefs will only deliver small, unimpressive results. Also, your results demonstrate the depth of your intellect, your initiative, your creativity, and your passion for work. In addition, your results screen volumes as to your ability to solve problems or to perpetuate pain. Your results tell the world how you talk about yourself, even when no one's around. Your results inform everyone who's watching what you do or do not do every single day, and your results of the natural consequence of behavior and behavior never lies. To face the facts, the year is now 75% complete and if you're currently below target and underperforming, there's really only one reason for it. Join fault so you're here to date Results aren't dependent upon your upbringing, your education, your company, your spouse, the economy of the latest best seller on the self help charts. Your results are dependent upon you and your ability to deliver. Nine months is more than enough time to determine if your current habits, your attitudes, and your strategies are helping or hindering your ability to drive results. That's a point worth repeating. Nine months is more than enough time to determine if your current habits, attitudes, and strategies are helping or hindering your ability to drive results. See, there's no point in pretending, if you choose to dig your heels in, to discard this message and to remain faithful to what has already proven to be a set of unsuccessful strategies habits. And attitudes and your results will somehow miraculously improve. They can't, they won't, and it's delusional for you to think otherwise. So right now, this instant, is the best time you'll ever have to reflect on your unit, date, performance, and to figure out what things you need to do differently. That is before time runs out. So we're all staring down the barrel of the same reality. The 1st, the 2nd and the third quarter are now history, and the fourth one is all that matters right now. So what are you going to do about it? O To finish the year strong, here's what you need to do. You need to get serious and shine a flashlight to your soul, taking inventory of what's working and what's not. You need to determine what stays and what goes. And most importantly, you need to put together a plan of action that includes clear priorities, challenging goals, enforceable deadlines, and massive amounts of accountability. What Game are you playing? Short game or long game? Well, if it’s the short game then you’re going to loose each time! And if it’s the long game, then you’re going to win almost every time! Don't focus on the end goal, this will put you off track. Keep your eyes on the process. This will keep you exactly where you should be. I see so many people wanting results now! I don’t understand the rush. Rather than focusing on the results right now, create long term systems that pay you for lifetime. Always play the long game 🎮

There’s a very clear line between winners and losers. It’s defined by the infinite game. Those who play the finite game experience: - Anxiety - Stress - Pressure They ‘need’ it to work. Those who play the infinite game experience: - Creativity - Enthusiasm - Intrigue They don’t need it. They want it. They don’t need to justify what they want. They want it simply because they want it. As a result, instead of grinding for a 2X improvement or forcing the sale like a pressure cooker, the infinite game player lets things come naturally. The scoreboard doesn’t matter, because they’re not competing with anyone else. In 5 years of building content businesses, I’ve seen it firsthand: The ones who take the finite approach? Every single one gets wiped out. Why? The harder you push, the more you repel. Next time you catch yourself thinking you ‘need’ something, reframe it as a ‘want’. I want what I want, and I don’t need to justify it to anyone.
