This message is both important and time-sensitive. Why? Because the 4th and final quarter of the year is about to begin and you must decide if you are going to finish the year strong. The fact is…three quarters are now history and the only that thing that matters now is your ability to finish the 4th quarter strong. Right now is the best time you’ll ever have to take inventory of what’s working and what’s not…and put together a plan of action that includes clear priorities, challenging goals and massive amounts of accountability. I created this Finish Strong Game Plan to show you how. https://lnkd.in/eu6P3pDg Is this resonated, please share and implement.

The KLT (Know, Like & Trust) concept is not just for developing strong, long-lasting professional and personal relationships. It’s great for picking your March Madness brackets too! Using the KLT (Know, Like & Trust) concept to pick your March Madness bracket can be an interesting approach. Let’s break it down: Know (Research): Know the Teams: Start by researching the participating teams. Understand their performance during the regular season, their key players, and their playing style. Look at their stats, rankings, and recent wins or losses. Know the Matchups: Analyze the matchups for each game. Consider factors like team strengths, historical performance, and head-to-head records. Knowing the teams and their dynamics is crucial. Like (Emotional Connection): Team Preferences: Identify the teams you naturally gravitate toward. Maybe it’s because of their underdog status, a favorite player, or their exciting playing style. Liking a team emotionally can influence your choices. Cinderella Stories: March Madness often features unexpected upsets (the “Cinderella” teams). These underdogs capture fans’ hearts. If you like rooting for the underdogs, factor that into your bracket. Trust (Strategic Decisions): Trust the Seeds: Higher-seeded teams generally perform better, but upsets happen. Trust the seeds to some extent, but also be open to surprises. Trust Your Gut: Sometimes intuition plays a role. If you have a strong feeling about a particular team, go with it. Trust your instincts. Trust Historical Trends: Look at past tournament trends. Are there patterns or trends that could guide your decisions? For example, consider how certain conferences historically perform in March Madness. Bonus Tip: The Unexpected Factor: March Madness is known for its unpredictability. Don’t be afraid to make a bold pick or two. Sometimes the unexpected happens, and those surprise choices can boost your bracket. Remember, while KLT can guide your decisions, March Madness is also about the thrill of surprises and upsets. So, enjoy the games, cheer for your picks, and may your bracket be filled with both knowledge and a touch of magic! #March Madness #Achievement #Success #Excellence #Awareness #Relationships

Starting Q1 Strong 👊 New year, new goals, and hopefully not the same old game plan, right? If Q1 were a race, now is your chance to sprint out of the gate. The secret sauce for a strong start isn’t rocket science, but it does require discipline. Here’s the formula: Set clear, measurable goals. (Hint: “Do better than last year” doesn’t count. Think SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.) Focus your energy on high-impact tasks. What are the 2–3 things you can do this quarter that will set the foundation for the year? Prioritise these over everything else. Build momentum early. Small wins in January snowball into big wins by March. Don’t wait until the end of Q1 to start chasing results. Remember: A strong start doesn’t mean running yourself into the ground. Work smart, not just hard. What’s your game plan for Q1, let me know in the comments. 👇

In the video below Christian McAffrey…running back for the 49ers…talking about staying present…moving on from the last game and focusing on the next game. How can all sporting competitors do this better? Have a feedback loop that closes off the game that’s just been played and opens up the possibilities for excellence in the game ahead… What can this look like? A scaling protocol plus three questions: A mark out of 10 for performance and a mark out of 10 for mindset…then… 1. Why so high? What went well that I can use in my next game? 2. What would a higher mark look like? How can I give myself my best chance to make this happen next game? 3. Is there anything I need to incorporate into my preparation next game? Moving on from the last game and moving towards the next game is as simple as 1, 2, 3…

Should I start now, or should I wait until things perfectly line up? Start now, by laying out a rock solid game plan of how you'll accomplish the goal you're thinking about. Laying out a game plan, is working toward goal achievement. After picking your goal, write out the plan.

3moThe things you need to do to finish the year strong are the exact same things you should have been doing all year long. The only difference is that time is no longer an ally…it’s an adversary. https://lnkd.in/eu6P3pDg
