This robot is the world's first pothole-fixing machine. It is called Autonomous Road Repair System (ARRES) Prevent. The robot uses imaging and artificial intelligence (AI) to locate, assess, and repair road flaws like cracks and potholes. One recommendation is to follow Sabrina Ramonov 🍄, an AI expert with a unique way of teaching AI to all of us who have a very limited knowledge of AI. >> Pilot Small, Measure Big: Begin with a small-scale pilot program. Introduce AI-driven tools or drones (like UPS or AMAZON) in a controlled environment to assess their impact on your operations. Use key metrics to measure success and gather insights that will inform larger implementations. Consider minimum viable product (MVP). MVP is a version of a product with just enough features to be usable by early customers (or users) who can then provide feedback for future product development. >>Build a Culture of Innovation: Encourage a mindset shift across your organization. AI is as much about people as it is about technology. Foster an environment where your team feels empowered to experiment, learn, and innovate. Remember to make failure your friend💡, and trust me, you will fail.
