Here players learn more than just the game of bat and ball, more than the fundamentals of batting, catching, pitching, and running. Not everyone will become a professional athlete, but that is okay. You can be a scout, , trainer, an umpire, go into the back office of a team, go into broadcasting, stats, uniform design, marketing, the possibilities are endless. The staff cares for all who attend while you're developing into the various position you can play on the field; body size, gender, ethnicity, none of that matters in the game. Each player has their strengths; where you need help the staff works with you, giving you guidance on what to change to adjust and improve. The training and experiences learn here, bring life lessons that they apply to their daily life choices.
