Gavin de Becker & Associates’ Post

Here are some recommended books from our Protector Library. Reading has been proven to strengthen our emotional intelligence and empathy, improve critical thinking skills and build background knowledge – all of which are key skills for being a Protector. What book do you recommend to others?

The Warrior Ethos is a great read. One that can be read over and over again and you take away something different each time. Being a former GDBA protector, one of the firms requirements was to have its protectors read from the Protector's Library. This approach for your employees is an invaluable tool to have your team bring value to your cause.
