🏆 Thrilled to announce that our team, 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐬, has clinched the top spot in the AutoEval Challenge at NCVPRIPG-2024! 🎉 The conference, held at IIST Thiruvananthapuram from July 18-20, presented us with an exciting challenge: evaluating student answer sheets for true/false questions and scoring them against ground truth answers. Our approach: Leveraged the InternVL 1.5 mini VLM model (4B parameters) Implemented advanced hyperparameter tuning techniques Achieved an impressive 𝐌𝐀𝐄 𝐨𝐟 𝟎.𝟓𝟓 on the test set This victory is a testament to the power of collaboration and innovative thinking in AI. I'm incredibly proud of our team's hard work and dedication. A special mention goes to Prof. Anand Mishra, for organizing this unique and innovative challenge and my teammate Anishka Gupta This experience has reinforced my passion for pushing the boundaries of machine learning and AI.
