For this reason, BRC.swiss, a small Swiss startup company has developed a new method to process #piles more efficiently and health-friendly. The video shows how the method works, the advantages of which are evident: • Perfectly processed piles without any cracks in the pile body or spalling’s, no torn or bent reinforcements and a height accuracy of +/- 1cm. • Shortened processing time (a pile with diameter 1 m and removal height 1 m can be processed within 1 hour). • Reduced material consumption. The demolition material is 80% gravel 0-30mm and can therefore be used directly on the construction site. • Less working space needed. Excavation, transport of material, recycling or disposal, replacement material costs can be saved and total construction costs can be reduced. • No heavy physical work included, which reduces the risk of any health damage and increase work safety. #structuralengineering #engineering #energy #CivilEngineering For more: 📌 Follow #ImpressiveEngineering 📌 Click on the 🔔
