NCBFAA Executive Vice President Megan Montgomery joined a half-dozen industry organization leaders in New York City on May 28 to provide witness testimony to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) hearing on supply chain security.   Montgomery highlighted three areas of importance to NCBFAA regarding any U.S. strategy to strengthening the nation’s supply chain resilience:   1.) Any supply chain solution must be implementable, administrable, and operationally viable through all trade lanes. 2.) Digital and physical infrastructure must be co-created through public-private partnership to maintain viable supply chains. 3.) Trade policy must be transparent and consistent so that companies can formulate business decisions that promote near-shoring and ally-shoring.   Members can log into the NCBFAA website and view the testimony https://lnkd.in/ew85KkMV
