What is your ECO Impact and have you ever assessed your solution's Lifecycle? RAPHAEL PLEYNET from The European Composites Industry Association; EuCIA introduces the eco impact calculator, developed already back in 2016 by the composite industry to assess the environmental impact of products. The tool uses data from resin and glass-fiber producers, transformation processes, and the ecoinvent database. It was developed with EY and provides CO2 footprint and life cycle assessment (LCA) in less than two minutes. The tool is free and accessible on EUCIA's website (Link: eucia.eu) Users register, select their recipe, and receive the results in no time.
