That's why it's essential for all public and private #ecosystems and organizations to promote entrepreneurship by implementing accessible and dynamic measures and initiatives.  Entrepreneurship drives sustainable economic growth, creates social and economic value, and contributes to the development of our communities. Encouraging intrapreneurship also opens another window of opportunity for companies, but more importantly, for individuals to unleash their curiosity and creativity, positively impacting their personal growth.  MAPFRE is committed to supporting initiatives that enable entrepreneurs to take their ideas to the next level. Meeting with iceaddis Collaboration for Future Technology and Job Creation We were fortunate to meet the tech incubator IceAddis, a key player in supporting startups and young tech entrepreneurs in Africa. Through mentoring and funding, they have contributed to the creation of an impressive 60,000 new jobs over the past three years! 👏 We are now exploring opportunities to build bridges between Norwegian and European tech companies in software, robotics, and industrial technology, and IceAddis. The goal is to connect startups and students in Africa with leading players in the tech sector to achieve: • Skill development in technology for young Africans. • New business opportunities for Norwegian and European companies in a region on the verge of a technological breakthrough. We are also considering applying for support to make this collaboration a reality and drive shared value creation. The pre-final judging round of MassChallenge Switzerland is in full swing, and it's inspiring to see the most promising and impactful innovations competing for a place in the finals. Emphasizing both impact and viability, we are tasked with identifying those startups that can truly make a difference. Judging is a significant responsibility that continuously tests our expertise. As judges, we are always learning—not only from each other but also from these incredible entrepreneurs.
