Interesting conclusions of Magno EU Project Gender Dimension Seminar, held on 15th April by our partner HOLOSS. The aim of this seminar was to avoid any possible #genderbias forming in the Magno EU Project for social engagement and #consumer acceptance. 👫 Therefore, in this seminar HOLOSS made recommendations and instructions were given on how to integrate the #genderdimension in the #research and #innovation activities of Magno EU Project. ♻ At the seminar, gender mainstreaming in research and innovation and the importance of gender equality within Horizon Europe 🌍 were discussed, taking into account the European Commission's Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025. 📝 SCGES 2024 Annual Report on Gender Equality in Science Published The Standing Committee for Gender Equality in Science (SCGES) is an independent committee formed in 2020 by several international scientific organizations, including the IMU. These founding partners had worked together on the project “A Global Approach to the Gender Gap in Mathematical, Computing, and Natural Sciences: How to Measure It, How to Reduce It?” (https://lnkd.in/etcvZ-C4). The 2024 Annual Report highlights SCGES’s expanded partnerships and ongoing initiatives to promote gender equality across scientific disciplines.
