Reflecting on my discussion with Ekaterina Bakeeva CMCA, AMS, PCAM - “I see property management as an 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞—an industry that’s dynamic, diverse, and yes, 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 in its own right”. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥!! What excites me about this field is its diversity. Whether you’re managing a luxury mixed used development or an affordable housing complex, there’s a common thread: we’re creating spaces where people live, work, and build their lives. It’s about much more than just the buildings; it’s about the communities we help shape. So when I talk about property management, I’m talking about an inclusive, equitable industry that embraces all these facets. It’s about balancing the high-end with the everyday, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. That’s what makes our industry truly special. #PropertyManagement #RealEstate #InclusiveIndustry #CareerInsights #UAE #GlobalIndustry #Office #Retail #CorporateWorld

CBRE Switzerland publishes its new report on the Swiss logistics and light industrial real estate markets. Despite the increase in supply and rising asking rents, both segments remain tight and the property stock dominated by owner-occupiers. The low interest rate environment seen for more than a decade has encouraged developers to invest in multifunctional light industrial buildings. Several such buildings are now entering the market (especially in the greater Zurich area) – following the Geneva “hôtel industriel” model – and increasing choice for tenants.
