If you've been considering attending a Precision Maintenance training, join us in Las Vegas, NV - May 13-16! Hosted at City of Las Vegas Public Works. The participants measure their own progress by running their simulator machines and measuring the results. The effects of applying precision techniques to rotating equipment have proven to greatly extend the mean time between failure and/or scheduled maintenance to rebuild events of the equipment and other components by reducing vibration, temperature, & amps or energy usage. We show all the necessary “little details” that are overlooked every day by maintenance, contractors, supervisors, and yes, even engineers in most plants – and in many rebuild shops. We lead participants to discover their new skill sets by measuring their simulators’ results after correcting errors 1 by 1 in a very defined process. ⚙ A #team of #AnthonyVeder #Engineers recently followed a Dual Fuel training with Caterpillar MaK at their training center in Kiel, Germany. We are believe it is vital that our colleagues consistently have the chance to learn and grow. #Training contributes to their development and supports their #craftsmanship. 💡 Syahid, 2nd Engineer says the training was good and an interesting #experience while gaining knowledge about diesel and gas engines. Read his #story: 🚢 “At the #training they shared how the basic principles work of diesel and gas #engines, the process of switching from diesel to gas and vice versa. We were also taught about the components of the machine, which helped us. 🛠 Interestingly, we carried out dismantling an engine and maintenance on the machine under the watchful eye of an experienced #instructor. We were also explained the electricity and control systems on the machine, which is very helpful for those of us who work on ships. 📢 We got the opportunity to ask as much as we liked about the engines, especially related to solving any problems. ✔This experience was very impressive for me #personally. A very good training for seafarer engineers who work with #DualFuel #vessels.” 👏 #Thankyou Syahid to share your experience and good luck with bringing your #knowledge into practice. #Learning #Development #NavigatingtheFuture #AnthonyVeder

Overcome jobsite challenges with the new Bobcat™ and Trailblazer® —these industry-leading machines deliver solutions for any construction and work truck applications. WARNING: NEVER use an engine-driven welder/generator inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open. In this video our trained professionals have the Bobcat and Trailblazer off in a controlled laboratory setting using specialized equipment that safely vents the engine exhaust outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS – NEVER use these machines inside a home or garage. Always read and follow all labels and the Owner’s Manual carefully.

Open Question to the average Joe burner mechanic: If you could describe the three most pivotal inputs to your development as a technician, what would they be? Mine: 1. The always present fear of God that failure is not an option. 2. Apprenticed by some of this trade’s best technicians. 3. The constant pushing into the unknown in order to keep the challenge high and burn-out far off.
