Fantastic event hosted by Adam Thomas, Genletics at #sbarc Excellent keynote from Kyra Edwards on using menstrual cycle data to revolutionize training and performance in female sports, as well helping individual athletes understand their bodies. Also excellent panel discussion and Q&A with Kyra, Colm Smith, Dr. Katie Payne chaired by Laura-Jane Jones. The panel included another member of the #sbarc community, Kate Maunsell, discussing the disparities and impact of online hate for female athletes. Some sobering facts about the harm online abuse can cause to wellbeing, but encouraging to hear how nisien.ai use #ethical #AI to tackle the issue.
