🔳 Form and Structure (5 Weeks, Ended on November 1, 2023) 🔳 At first, I wasn’t sure what I’d gain from my Form and Structure class—it felt abstract, and I struggled to see its value. But by the end, I realized just how much I’d learned. This class pushed me to strip design down to its essentials, to look at form and geometry with fresh eyes. Our final installation was a 2D composition incorporating 3D elements, which allowed me to explore the balance between flatness and depth. The class culminated in an exhibit with all our works displayed on the wall—a fitting way to see everyone’s interpretation of form and structure come to life. Inspired by Frank Stella, I worked with clean lines, basic shapes, and simplicity. What seemed straightforward turned out to be an important lesson in balance and structure.
