Genser Energy’s Post

Introducing our latest cohort to the #GenserEnergy Graduate Trainee Programme!🎓✨ We're proud to welcome 21 new trainees to our operations. Selected through a competitive process in partnership with SEO Africa, this year's intake represents a diverse range of academic and professional backgrounds, including Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Sociology, and Business Administration. The Genser Energy Graduate Trainee Programme is one of our key initiatives to develop young talent and strengthen local expertise within the energy sector. Over the next 18 months, our trainees will gain hands-on experience across departments, flexing their skills in both corporate and field environments.🤝 As part of their onboarding, the trainees were introduced to Genser's core operations, our safety-first mindset, and the values of teamwork and open communication that define our collaborative culture. Fun fact: each graduate group gets a unique nickname. This year, they're the "Rangers".⚡ We're excited to support our trainees as they begin this journey, building the skills to shape the future of energy in Africa. Let's give the Rangers a warm welcome to Genser Energy! 👏

They are all smartly dressed and poised for action. I see lots of enthusiasm as well. The Very best to them all. ❤️

I might call these lads the survivors of the great storm. It wasn’t an easy journey and these people survived despite the repetitive mentality challenge, patience test and aspect of which other pool of candidates could testify. 😇😇. I wish them the best of luck in their traineeship programme.
