Get to Know Our Employees! In June 2021, Eemeli Skantz joined Speeron as a trainee and has since advanced to the role of key account manager in Finland. What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I would say great colleagues and the innovative culture within the company. It's a fascinating industry where you learn something new every day, guaranteeing that each day is different. Last week, we gathered our talented Challengers for a two-day training trip at Marienlyst Strandhotel 🎄💡 The program focused on fundamental core skills, where participants explored their strengths and identified areas for development in key areas such as communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, work management, problem-solving and presentation skills. Through short lectures, hands-on activities and a case study, they worked individually and in groups to enhance these skills. In the video, Mira K. Hansen reflects on one of her key takeaways from the program: “A key takeaway from today would be how low- and high-performing teams really depend on communication. Because you can go from one end to the other so quickly by either good or bad communication.” We currently have open positions for our Challenger Academy in both Advisory and Audit. The place where theory meets practice! 🏪 For years, our training stores have been the backbone of learning at Pepco, blending theory with hands-on experience for our newly hired and promoted employees. Whether it’s their first day or they’re stepping into a managerial role, these stores provide the perfect environment to learn and grow 🌟 We wouldn’t have such well-prepared store crew without them! As we expanded, so did the number of training stores - now we have around 185. Training stores colleagues who train also play a big role when entering a new market or a new city. For example, our Polish team has supported colleagues in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, helping them prepare for their training! 🌍🏡 As Żaneta Kargol, a training store manager with over 10 years of experience, says, “A training store is a place where a new employee should feel comfortable and take an active part in its functioning, and an intern from internal promotion should deepen their knowledge and managerial skills for work in a new position.” 🏆 Big shoutout to everyone involved in making our training program effective! 💪 #inPepco #training #development #growth #stores

After some diligent searching, he landed an opportunity with Olvi, a renowned beverage company in Finland. Through our program, Karam underwent a 10-week long training that included 2 weeks of theory education followed by hands-on LCA project work at Olvi. With guidance from our experienced teachers and coaches, Karam successfully completed an LCA for one of Olvi's products. When asked about his experience, Karam highlighted the invaluable skills he gained in analyzing and leveraging data to create effective LCAs for sustainability initiatives. We are incredibly proud of Karam's achievements and are thrilled to have played a part in his professional development.
