There is a risk of collapsing parapets, awnings, signs, falling air conditioners, and other structures at fire scenes due to the intense heat and flames generated during a fire. These structures can weaken and lose stability as a result of the high temperatures, causing them to collapse or fall unexpectedly. Additionally, firefighting operations such as ventilation efforts, water streams, and physical force can further stress already compromised structures, increasing the risk of collapse. Firefighters must always be vigilant of these potential hazards and follow safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury or death from collapsing structures. Proper situational awareness, communication, and training are essential to ensure the safety of firefighters and other personnel operating at fire scenes. #riskmanagement #Collapseofburningbuildings #VincentDunn #fdny

We are less than a year in with Simpson & Marwick and it's fair to say that our expectations have lived up to reality. Having always admired Simpson & Marwick and their association with prime residential property, I didn't quite appreciate just how comfortable the team are in achieving some incredible results for their clients at this level. Not only have I witnessed us achieving multiple 15-20% over Home Report value offers on £1m+ listings in the last few weeks but the average value of our properties has risen drastically in recent months, as a testimony of our consistency.
