I have seen some large commercial projects flopping because investors are not doing enough to assess viability. #FeasibilityStudies are very critical when it comes to these commercial projects. Now, if you are investing millions there is a possibility of losing millions if you do not do a proper homework. I have been doing feasibility studies for the past 3 years in real estate, education, healthcare and entertainment industries. There are two possible actions to take after conducting feasibility study, it is either you go ahead with the intended investment or dropping it completely. ~Coach-BM~
