What does customer proximity really mean? This week, we at SFS are hosting our annual Customer First Week, where we come together across the globe to leverage our collective expertise in addressing customer needs and providing exceptional service. So, it’s a very relevant exercise to think about the importance of customer proximity, and what that means in our daily lives. One key point from me is to always ‘think how your customer thinks’. When we think how our customers think, we can anticipate their expectations and tailor our products, services, and experiences to exceed them. It requires active listening, and a genuine commitment to understanding their perspectives. This helps us to gain the specialist knowledge that makes us, and companies like us, stand out from the crowd and deliver better customer value. #CustomerFirst #SmartFinance #CustomerCentricity
