𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝟬% 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗕 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱!   The CITB Employer Network Fund offers UK construction businesses a fantastic opportunity to upskill their workforce by providing up to 70% funding for essential training programs. 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗕 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱: ✅ 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝟬% 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Provides funding for up to 70% of training costs for eligible UK construction companies. ✅ 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Open to CITB levy-registered businesses that are up to date with their levy payments. ✅ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Funding can be used for a wide range of courses including health and safety, NVQs, short courses, and soft skills training (e.g., first aid, manual handling, mental health). ✅ 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆: The sign-up process is within 48 hours, whereas other funding schemes like the Skills & Training Fund may take 8-12 weeks for sign-off. ✅ 𝗡𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The courses don't need to be grant-eligible to qualify for funding, offering flexibility in course selection. ✅ 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: Companies are only invoiced for 30% of the training costs, with TUTS Training invoicing the CITB Employer Network for the remaining 70%.
