Something all founders have in common → Freedom to → Freedom from At some point Every founder made the leap of faith To pursue their version of the American Dream Something that requires much courage → we're told → 70% of the global workforce → want to become entrepreneurs → to leave the 9-5 But they don't They want the freedom from And the freedom to But they lack the courage → as founders → we determine our own destiny → we fight → and we build Some of us started with investors Some of us started with nothing Either way there is no guarantee of success We all understand the risks, and then jump in → you fill in the blanks → the freedom to (blank) → the freedom from (blank) → we are free to create It's what I love about founders They are free Even when they're running on fumes Or about to take off, know this: - Cities are built by entrepreneurs. - Industries are built by entrepreneurs. - Economies are built by entrepreneurs. - 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 was built by entrepreneurs. Great post Gerald Duran! Happy 4th! By the way, anything exciting planned?
Founders are the architects of change, shaping our world with courage and grit. Be free, fight for your dreams, and build your legacy. You're not alone in this journey.
Gerald Duran This is a powerful message, Gerald! The "freedom to" and "freedom from" concept perfectly captures the founder spirit. For me, the biggest freedom as a founder is the freedom to innovate and make a real impact. I'm free from the constraints of a traditional job and can pursue a vision that I'm truly passionate about. It's definitely not easy, but the potential rewards are worth the fight. P.S. This post definitely deserves more than a "kick in the nuts" - it's pure inspiration!
Gerald Duran Absolutely inspiring!Founders embody courage and vision, shaping their own destinies and driving economies forward.
Love it! Well said Gerald Duran .
Founders may not always have all the answers, but their courage to chase a vision is truly inspiring. Gerald Duran

5moOne thing to note is that if you wait to have it all figured out before starting, you will never start. At some point, you have to take a leap of faith, and the kicker is you’ll never feel or be 100% ready.
