For anyone struggling with #remotework or #returntooffice policies, this is a great example of how hybrid workplace can work effectively. Although Max has a successful career and an excellent manager who he meets in person regularly at Amazon, we have stayed in touch. He travelled on his own dime to see me because of our long-lasting relationship and for a bit of coaching. ➡️ Imagine what the simple investment of a trip can do for your people? ➡️ Are your leaders and managers coaching and mentoring their staff and their managers? Remote only or in-person only or a mix? It always bothered me that so many organizations don't see the value of a manager travelling to meet his or her team in another city, or bringing a larger organization together. Hybrid or not, many managers / leaders have staff across a wide geographic area. Would love to hear your comments. Thank you! 🍁
