Mentorship is, is the biggest thing that, that you know, that you can get because for some of us, we didn't have, have, there was no one, you know, who could guide us all the way because, you know, we, we kind of evolved with the, with the, with the industry. So going back. Now, uh, you know, the idea is to be able to find those who are the leaders in the various space to see to what extent they can hold their hands and, and guide them. Because you know, you can read, you can go, go to all the schools. The biggest challenge in Africa is that there isn't even enough education for the sports industry. A lot of the, the institutions do not have that. Whereas, you know, if you look at Europe, America, even Asia. There's a lot of a lot more sports industry education and this is one of the things that that's you know, I've paid a lot of attention with people that have worked with me. And this is one of the reasons why a few years ago, before COVID, I launched a program called the Sports Apprentice.

- Dota 2 TI is not in the top 10 for the second year - Valorant got into the rankings even though it was absent in 2023 - Huge dominance of MLBB and the League of Legends Imho, the gap between 1st and 10th place looks quite serious, in this case it's hard to compare major offline events with 1-3 places. These events look like the exception for #esports as there have been 102 tournaments with prize money $500K+ and only 3 tournaments have 4+ million peak viewers in a year. Peak Viewers is handy for comparison, as it falls mostly on the finals of tournaments, which contain their own show elements, much like events in sports (like football world cup finals, boxing fights). Opening ceremonies and other moments gather the most viewer interest compared to other days.
