In fall, it is traditionally time for the Eberspächer Group's Executive Board to meet for an offsite workshop. In times of faster planning cycles and in the midst of transformation, it is very important for us to reflect and align. In my bag and in my notebook after two days of intensive exchange: We have seen a sharp drop in demand for #emobility products, while orders for conventional powertrain products have remained on a satisfying level this year. New developments based on hydrogen are promising. However, markets around the world are reacting very differently and the last quarter of 2024 will remain challenging. The transformation is an ongoing process and we need stamina as we are ready for all types of powertrains. 

Today I had the privilege to visit Volvo CE ESK to plan my practical assignment and discuss my future examination project. I will attend the VPS department and the organization in overall in their daily work to increase understanding, experience, and knowledge. It was interesting to see how OPESK is working with different topics in different levels.
