Does anyone else feel like Superhuman has gotten worse building a bunch of automation features that nobody asked for? cc: Rahul Vohra - Ask AI: Did anyone actually ask for this? It's slow, janky and it sucks. When I search my emails, I want to search by keyword, I don't want to use this (if you want to include this feature put it under Command + K) - Booking Meetings / Calendar: Now when I click a date that my counterparty offered, it automatically populates with subject of the meeting, time, and includes everyone on the thread. No man, I just want the way it was before to see my calendar for my availability and input this stuff myself, most of the time I have to re-input what I actually want, so it wastes time rather than saves it. This feature sucks and I hate it. I think we're trying to go too far in getting AI to automate things, but most of the time AI doesn't actually know what we want.

The potential of AI is almost limitless, and most companies aren’t utilizing it enough. While everyone seems to be afraid of what AI will do to their positions, at Vape-Jet we’re using it to the fullest. I even created a Slack bot, which we called “Ryan GPT,” as I began to play around and have fun with all the capabilities of AI. That exploration eventually turned into an official product, TautBot, which gives businesses (and Vape-Jet internally) the power to view problems holistically rather than in isolation. For instance - our Vape-Jet product support is supercharged by these custom-built AI assistants. It helps us review years of data with rapid analysis and deliver our customer support operators swift and informed solutions that keep your operations flowing smoothly. So when you submit a ticket, the language model gets to work with a list of commands… 🤖What's the serial number of this machine? 🤖Who's the customer? 🤖What's the problem? Then it does a search on the entire history of the machine from the time it was qualified in manufacturing to the installation. Then the AI tool notes any sort of trouble tickets the machine has had in the past. Finally, it gets into our HubSpot and looks at that customer’s account, efficiently collecting all of the information our tech support would need. From there, it reviews the problem they’re having and searches our internal documentation + other trouble tickets for any solutions that may relate. If a human were to do this, it would take forever. At Vape-Jet, in a matter of moments, our support team has everything they need to analyze and resolve the issue you’re experiencing. Which do you prefer for your vape- and dab- filling operation? Solutions that take forever? Or solutions that take minutes? If you want to learn more about how you can use Tautbot, shoot me a message here or check the link in my featured section!

🤖 I just learned 2025 will be the year of AI Agents. And after exploring the https://lnkd.in/gmugmgcZ, I can see why! There are a little over 600 right now. I only see this number rapidly growing in this quarter. 🤪 But first, what are AI Agents? AI Agents are autonomous programs that navigate their environments, accomplishing goals without human intervention. ( 🥴 🤢 Cringe, right? But maybe not. Search shopping on the directory and try one.) These savvy tools handle customer queries, make rapid decisions based on real-time information, and are revolutionizing customer engagement. Think of them as pioneers redefining interactions—simplifying business processes and communications with adaptive finesse that transforms the ordinary into extraordinary. (NOTE: If I managed a team of customer service reps, I would be heavily investing in an AI Agent to support humans handling challenging customer service calls.) 💡 What do you think? Have you explored AI Agents yet? With many still available for free during beta testing, now’s the perfect time to experiment. How do you think AI Agents could reshape your biz or industry? I'm already feeling behind in 2025 after learning where the AI industry is honing in for the year. It's definitely time to brainstorm ways to leverage this resource for success—while keeping the human touch alive. 🥰 👏 #AI #Innovation #Advertising #Creatives

Embrace AI and become your competitors competition. I know you are hating the fact that despite all the effort, time and money you are investing in your business you are still remaining at the same level: always under that big shadow of all the competition. I’ll let some statistics speak. According to google 88% of small business owners say AI automation enables competition with larger companies. AI isn’t just the best next-step a small business can do, its being able to streamline and automate processes that otherwise would have taken hours of your time and thousands of your dollars, AI is literally on small business owners side. Kyle Asay at LaunchDarkly wrote in the post below: A few years ago, personalization was enough to book meetings. Now, it’s not. And the more AI SDRs spam inboxes, the less “hyper-personalization” will stand out. I disagree that we need to be less personal. We have to show buyers that we know them. But, we need to personalize in more meaningful, relevant ways. It's not enough to just personalize, you need to be personally relevant to the human buyers in the accounts you want to land and expand and relevant to their specific situation, their specific strategic priorities, their specific strategic objectives, their business problems and the impact on those you are reaching out to and the collective business. The whole message needs to speak to the buyer you're reaching out to -- not just some facts like which college the buyer went to and then focus on industry and persona messaging. Samantha McKenna as you believe in "Show Me You Know Me" (#SMYKM), what are your thoughts on being less hyper-personal as Kyle suggests? Do you think we need to be less personal or do we need to change our thoughts on what personalization is as I suggest?
AI SDRs in my inbox: “Hey Kyle, Saw that LaunchDarkly is helping companies accelerate development 🚀 Btw love that you went to BYU — Go Cougs 🔥 Also loved your last post on X making fun of AI SDRs — so clairvoyant 🔮 When do you have time to learn how our AI SDR can take your revenue to the moon 🌕 Your futuristic friend, AI bot p.s. Sales Introverts — how’d you think of that name 🤨 A few years ago, personalization was enough to book meetings: “What school did they go to?” “What is their company focusing on?” “What are they posting about online?” Now, it’s not. And the more AI SDRs spam inboxes, the less “hyper-personalization” will stand out.
