So as an agent, instead of going to the listing with the printed piece of paper and walking around the home writing down all the fields and features of the property, you actually just throw on some headphones when you get there and talk into your phone and you just describe everything you're seeing. And our system takes all that data and pushes it right into the MLS for you. So by the time you leave that home, you don't have to take that piece of paper back to a desktop because MLS is not mobile. Manually enter and reenter it all. There's so much wrong with the whole process as it is because I can't even read. Handwriting, if I was to hand that thing to an assistant, like the errors that occur when they're trying to read my writing and reenter that data into the MLS, like there's always errors. So that goes away, which means the liability goes down. You get so much time back.
