A nugget I think worth's sharing: I joined a new task force, and we were discussing leadership. My correspondent is the person appointed by the corporate to lead the task force. Do you agree with my notion? What checks and balances would you build? 🤔 P.S: Perhaps we misuse the term one-person-show - in our context it does not mean that one person does all the work, but takes all the decisions. #leadership
