Lesson learned! On rare occasions, it is fine to use "page.waitForTimeout(n); or thread.sleep()". My architect did not like it and spent a whole day to figure out how to replace it with dynamic wait, end of the day they agreed to go with hard wait. Overengineering will slow you down, sometimes we need to step back, zoom out, and remember that we are not here to solve just coding problems, we are here to produce quality software or a product that would positively impact a business if we need to pivot or improvise then do it.
