The research on extracellular vesicles from adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (ADSC-EVs) yields promising results in diabetic wound healing, a significant area of study in regenerative medicine. Our meta-analysis shows EVs: 1. Significantly accelerated healing (SMD 4.22, 95% CI 3.07 to 5.36). 2. Improved blood vessel formation (SMD 9.27, 95% CI 4.70 to 13.83). 3. Enhanced collagen deposition (SMD 2.19, 95% CI 0.94 to 3.44). This meta-analysis included 70 records, with 20 articles reviewed and 12 studies analyzed quantitatively. Despite some bias risks, the results are promising for clinical applications.
