Tech for good! This technology simplifies IV processes, making them safer for everyone. NIR technology helps doctors find the best vein for IVs. They show a colored guide on the skin, making it easier to choose the right size needle. This tech cuts down on mistakes and makes IVs less painful. It also helps by showing veins clearly, even for hard-to-see cases. It looks super easy but you still have to palpate to feel the depth of the veins and direct the needle correctly. Otherwise you would still have to maneuver inside the patient to find it.

Good invention Gina Acosta Gutiérrez . I wish it will be cost effective to enhance affordability - for hospitals and practicing doctors. Highly recommended for Nigerian medical practitioners. Let the govt also assist with some form of intervention funding to make some of these accessories available in local Medicare centres.

This really helps the patient with just a single and correct piercing into a correct vein. I have seen the case with my dad, wife and even my little daughter who have suffered with pain from several times poking of the needle to find the vein. 👏👏

🤩 This tech is like a GPS for veins, directing doctors to the smoothest routes. It's a game-changer for IV procedures, making them safer and less stressful.
