On this year's #AfricaIndustrialisationDay, we celebrate Africa’s commitment to industrialisation, as seen in the Accelerated Industrial Development for Africa (#AIDA) and other key initiatives. Central to the vision of this commitment is the need for a skilled African workforce capable of driving industrial growth. Through the Skills Initiative for Africa (#SIFA), we support the work focused on vocational and technical skills that directly aligns with the needs of industries. By building a pool of skilled labour, SIFA aims to empower the workforce to meet the demands of Africa's industrial sectors.
