The right people are what truly make an organization. When you have a team that shares the same values and commitment, it’s not just the work that gets done—it’s the culture that’s built.

How was your Thanksgiving? Amid the food, family, and traditions, it’s easy to feel gratitude on a day dedicated to it. But here’s the thing—gratitude doesn’t have to be reserved for holidays or special moments. What if we looked for reasons to be thankful in the ordinary—the cup of coffee, a kind word, or even a lesson learned from a challenge? Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a practice. And like any practice, the more we engage with it, the more it shapes our perspective and, ultimately, our lives. So, as the holiday glow fades, let’s keep choosing gratitude daily. What’s one small thing you’re thankful for today?

Every year around this time, family and friends gather together to celebrate Thanksgiving. It's also around this time where people slow down and reflect on exactly what brings them the most gratitude. While I prepare to celebrate one of my favorite holidays, I want to share three of life's most valuable treasures which we can all be grateful for this year. Here’s a CEO who can genuinely engage with people.
There’s a common theme and I couldn’t agree more. Grateful for family, friends, amazing food, and the work that keeps us going. It’s not just a job to us. It’s a passion we take seriously, but we never forget to have fun along the way. Here’s to doing what we love and loving who we share it with! What are you thankful for?

Post thanksgiving, let’s turn the spotlight inward for a moment. While it’s important that we express gratitude for our families, friends, colleagues, and mentors, ✨ gratitude is also a gift we can give ourselves. Take a moment this week to recognize your own worth, growth, and contributions. Here are some questions to ponder: 1️⃣ What am I thankful for about myself? 2️⃣ What’s one challenge I’ve overcome this year that I’m proud of? 3️⃣ What qualities or values do I embody that I’m truly thankful for? 4️⃣ How do I show up in the world in a way that fills me with gratitude for the person I am becoming? More importantly, “𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲?” Write it down. Say it out loud. Share it if you feel inspired. I’d love to hear your reflections!

Reflecting on Gratitude Beyond Our Control 🍂 As Thanksgiving approaches, the air is filled with reminders to reflect on what we're thankful for. Friends, family, a roof over our heads, or perhaps even a solid financial foundation—all these blessings are worth celebrating. But one question I love to ask is: What are you grateful for that was completely out of your control? Think back over the past year. What made you thank your lucky stars? Was it a stroke of good fortune you couldn’t have planned for—or perhaps something you could have prepared for but didn't? For me, it's been the weather in NYC. This year, we've enjoyed a mild winter with hardly any snow and a summer that never reached triple digits. As someone who loves spending time outdoors, good weather is an unexpected blessing I truly appreciate. This simple exercise in gratitude reminds me of a powerful financial truth: While we can't control everything, we can prepare for the unexpected. What out-of-your-control moment are you thankful for this year?

This Thanksgiving, Americans are set to travel in record numbers and enjoy slightly cheaper festive dinners, thanks to lower fuel and food costs easing inflationary pressures. Nearly 80 million people will travel at least 50 miles, with airlines expecting their busiest holiday period yet. Falling crude prices have reduced petrol costs, averaging just over $3 per gallon, the lowest since 2020. Meanwhile, the cost of a Thanksgiving dinner has dropped 5% from last year, though still higher than pre-pandemic levels. Economic concerns persist, with many families scaling back celebrations, and shoppers hoping for further price reductions under Trump’s presidency. Retailers like Walmart and Target are responding by offering budget-friendly meal bundles. Despite easing inflation, consumer sentiment remains cautious, with full recovery expected to take more time.
