“Step out of your comfort zone!” It’s easy to say, isn’t it? But as a people developer, I never tire of sharing this advice - it's from the heart and meant 100% seriously. The greatest growth happens outside your comfort zone. Recently, I had the opportunity to accompany colleagues from thyssenkrupp Automotive Technology for two days as an observer at their personal development center. Being there as a participant is truly outside of any comfort zone. Along with the great experience - many thanks to my wonderful colleagues from Management Development for the excellent organization - and numerous learnings, I took on a task: to do something that has long been “uncomfortable” for me - my first post on LinkedIn. I hope to give you a little thought-provoking nudge: What can you do today to stretch your feel-good bubble a bit? 💥

These are interesting insights about challenges facing Nissan-Honda future potential merger or alliance delivered by Auto Legend, Carlos Ghosn, ex-CEO and Chairman of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, who knows better than anyone else the larger lines of such schemes with such players.

Bridgestone Corporation is investing to expand capacity at three of its passenger car tyre production facilities in Japan. With a total investment of approximately 27 billion yen (£139.1 million) in the Hikone, Tosu and Tochigi plants, the company will boost capacity for Enliten and larger rim diameter tyres. Bridgestone will lift overall production capacity by around 3,000 tyres a day, mainly in the 20-inch and larger size category where the company anticipates growing demand. It will start work on the project early in 2025 and plans to  complete it by the end of 2028. https://lnkd.in/eKjJXw3i
