Another week, another Marketing Enterprise reporting beta for #hubspot customers 🤘 If you've been following along with the Analytics Suite beta (formerly known as Collections), you may know that this is where we're providing Marketers, Sales, and Service leaders a "reporting starting point" in HubSpot. It's equipped with pre-made reports, summary insights, and other features designed to make it easier to get started in reporting. 👀 Marketing Enterprise customers enrolled in the Marketing Analytics Suite beta now have access to pre-made multi-touch attribution reports. What we've learned is that sometimes the hardest part with more complex reporting concepts like #attribution is just knowing how to get started. Another challenge that is unique to attribution reporting is that you need A LOT of additional context and supporting KPIs to make sense of it all. Otherwise, the model values... really aren't all that actionable. They're just division without meaning. The new summary tab shows the total revenue closed in the time period (Associated deal value), how many deals were closed in that time period, the average number of touchpoints per deal, and the average deal size. Now when you're analyzing how different channels and content are driving revenue across different multi-touch models, you have the context to make the model values actually mean something. ^^No more cobbling this into a custom dashboard with a ton of different reports. 🤔 You might be thinking "getting started with multi-touch attribution is useful, but what if Journey Analytics could live inside the Marketing Analytics Suite like this?"
