Ended up rewatching this talk by Fernando Fanton at #ProductCon London last night. It was a timely reminder about the importance of an "always on" approach to customer research when optimising existing products and building new ones. 💡 My one big takeaway and something I always look to encourage, is that research and understanding customers needs is a team game!
