The first step into something new…
Last night’s inaugural Whisky Sounds Good event went off very nicely – 15 of 17 tickets sold, which, for a Monday, and my first event, isn’t half bad. Huge thanks to everyone who braved the storm to join us.
Always nice to see a few familiar faces along with a some new ones.
It’s clear to me that success in anything is rarely achieved by a solo effort. I truly appreciate the support of those that bought tickets and to Tucker, Candice and the Algiers Club* for helping make this event a success.
The feedback on the whisky selection was very positive – so much so that a few even suggested I’m undercharging. Don’t worry I won’t be so kind in the future 😆
We even managed a five-star review on the event site (thanks for your support, you know who you are 😁).
Now it’s time for more planning, perhaps a cigar with local cigar expert Francisco Arias and a few more days in Dallas.
