#DidYouKnow the water footprint of a single cup of coffee is estimated to be around 37 gallons? Food is something we can’t live without, and it takes more than 800 gallons of water to grow the food one person consumes in a day. Unfortunately, state and federal restrictions are limiting the water available for farmers to grow food, increasing our reliance on imported products. It’s become essential to capitalize on wet years to bank water for dry periods.
