Here's another short video from my insr@grr@mm account.
This one contains vocabulary to help your advanced students talk about last week's Last Supper controversy.
For anyone that is confused by Mr. Chan's post - let me be clear. He is not being honest and that's the problem with DEI - it's dishonest. Every red-blooded American believes in diversity - that's what a "melting pot" means. What Mr. Chan is talking about is systemic retaliation for "perceived" infractions.
Mr. Chan could NEVER run a successful company even if he tried. That's why he's Vice President and not CEO.
The minute you have to lead people - you realize that you need leadership skills, but also team building skills. And he doesn't know the first thing about team building.
Diverse teams literally mean "opposing viewpoints." That's not what Mr. Chan wants. What he wants is homogenous viewpoints. He wants NO DISSENT in the ranks.
If Mr. Chan were given the opportunity to run any company in the US, he would run it into the ground within 6 months and he would then FIRE all the people he promised to champion.
The only gaslighter is Mr. Chan and his nonsense.
