In the upcoming days, we will receive close to 100000 applications for our Internship roles. These are very small things that I would advise everyone while applying for jobs/internships. 1. Don't just send - Hi/Hey/Glad to connect/Accept my connection request, and wait for the other person to reply/accept after which you talk about why you connected. Directly come to the point why you have reached out. It helps. 2. Don't send an email/LinkedIn message without a resume (unless you have a great portfolio link to share instead). Attach resume. No matter how great of a cold email/message you have written, a resume/portfolio is what we need at the end in 99% of the cases. 3. Add your contact details on your resume (email ID and phone number). If you are a college student, maybe your institute doesn't allow it. In that case, create a different resume for off-campus purposes and include your contact details. 4. When you send your resume in an email, don't just send your resume and write 'Applying for XYZ position, please find my resume attached herewith'. Write 4-5 lines at least around why you are interested, what makes you fit, what you can drive, etc. It helps and motivates us to shortlist you, or at least give it a try because you also made an effort. 5. Take at least one follow-up in 7 days. Sometimes, we miss responding to or even going through the email. It's our fault. But when you follow up, it makes us open the resume and reply. 6. If this job/internship is too important for you, customize your resume. From your school/college project to what you are doing today, put things that are relevant and important. You never know, just one relevant proof of work or achievement on your resume can help you get shortlisted. Market conditions can be tough, that's an external variable you can't control. But don't miss out on an opportunity because of something you could have done differently. #job #internship #careers #blockchain #crypto #trader #cryptotrader #juniortrader #bitcoindiceglyphs #diceglyphsinternship #ordinals #brc20

Since my college days, I dreamed of working at a product-based company. It took me 5 years after graduating to land an offer from Microsoft. Could I have done it in 2-3 years? Maybe. But here’s the thing: I didn’t just focus on the goal—I also cared deeply about the work I was doing along the way. During my time at Goldman Sachs and Coinbase, I owned my projects and gave my best. I also tried to live a well-rounded life. I traveled, built friendships, made time for fun, and allowed myself moments to rest, recover, grow and heal after setbacks. Do I regret it? Not for a second. Life isn’t just about chasing goals—it’s about finding balance. Yes, I’m driven, but I also know I’ll always have new goals to pursue. Focusing solely on some distant target or milestone can easily lead to burnout. Life is a marathon with moments of sprints. So, find YOUR balance and keep moving forward.
