Your business has a responsibility for society & you get to choose what vibration you and your business represent. The success you created ticks so many boxes, yet doesn't still the hunger within for meaning, contribution and ownership. Yes, following the rules of your bubble got you here, visionary. And it hasn't always been easy. Hell, no. But the bubble and the whole global economy are changing. And you find yourself wondering what you need to invent or add next in order to lead your movement AND create the impact which gave you reason and fire to start "back then". You know what? You don't need to re-invent anything to feel the fire again and raise your voice authentically. And you don't need to add anything in order lead YOUR way and contribute to creating new advanced societies where we operate across industries, where each individual gets to bring in their strengths and where we own ourselves living fulfilled lives. You just need to transcend your business out of the generic agenda of how things are done and disrupt yourself from the complacent and convenient vibration you adopted at your current level and bubble. This week, one of my private clients (multi-6-fig business, but unfulfilled + exhausted) got super clear about what had been holding her back to fully own herself in a bigger way. Now she feels freaking confident about the new direction that is coming to form because we are putting together all pieces in a more expansive and authentic way. And with clear impact to the contribution she wanted to bring into the world from day 1 when she started about a decade ago. Without inventing something new or adding a ton of things. 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝟮𝟬/𝟮𝟬. As 2024 is winding down, I took a moment to look back at the year we've had at Unwir. Through all the ups and downs, it has not been too shabby. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: • Our team grew from 6 to 11 incredible members. • Delivered 3 large-scale projects and 6 medium-scale ones. • Partnered with 3 amazing new clients. • Launched our e-commerce engine, Salance(https://www.salance.biz/), by the latter part of the year, which is already powering 2 businesses. • Expanded internationally, forging partnerships in the US, UK, and Australia. But not everything went as planned. And that’s okay—because growth comes from learning. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀: • Sometimes, tough decisions need to be made quickly. Delaying only makes it worse. • Burnout is real, and focusing on physical and mental health is a must.  • Overthinking and waiting to perfect things = Procrastination in a sheep's skin. As Richard Branson says, "𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘵, 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵". Celebrating wins, being grateful for them and learning lessons from what went off-rail is what keeps us growing and moving forward.
