Thanks Partnership for Public Service and Evy Vannoy for sharing. I agree with this! Yes! Please, leaders for the sake of your teams and for your own health, take time out from your tasks to reflect and relate all the tasks to their bigger meanings. This was the key for me to learn to do fewer but the most important things. Setting aside 30 mins a day to think was my first step. How have you implemented Dr Amy Edmondson’s advice? Have you trained leaders that you are developing to do this as well? What worked?
