Good morning, everyone. My name is Senna, and I have the pleasure today to introduce to you Clause Base, the all-in-one legal drafting platform, excuse me, that's being used by some of the world's largest legal teams to handle everything from drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents. So legal drafting. He is very repetitive, very time consuming, very expensive. You have to find inspiration by digging through old files or asking colleagues. Then you have to tweak clauses to find the exact right nuance. You have to battle Microsoft words to fix formatting, styling, numbering, layout, all of those different things. And then you of course have to also review your documents to make sure there's no typos or dangerous clauses or anything like that. So I've talked about clause based helping with drafting, reviewing and negotiating. What does that look like? Well, allow me to give you a couple of examples. So with our smart template automation functionality, you can generate a first draft of a contract just by filling out a list of questions. But of course, there is more to legal drafting than just creating a first draft of a document. So clause base also offers a centralized clause library pulled from your own precedent material to help you find the the right nuances, to help you negotiate to find the right clauses and things like that. And then finally, when you insert clauses into a document with clause with clause bases, Microsoft Word add in clause buddy. It will automatically adapt to the style of that document, kind of like a chameleon adapting to its environment. But also with negotiation we can help. So imagine you don't really like the the clause that a counterparty suggests. With our API integration you can simply select the clause, give a short prompt on how you would like to rephrase it and clause base can immediately find the right nuance for you. But you can also select clauses and then instantly receive a suggestion from your own library to kind of find alternative language and things like that. And then finally on the reviewing front. So clause base can also help with reviewing a complete document instantly based on your important issues. And again, it can then pull from that central clause library to suggest alternative language based on on your own precedent material. Finally, the reviewing is not just from a substantive commercial and legal point of view. Clause Base can also quickly scan documents and find any sort of small errors like inconsistencies in terminology, terms that are capitalized but haven't been defined yet, all of those different things.
