Seems like the D365 contract market is picking up again nicely since the beginning of the new financial year, which is positive. One thing I have heard a lot of recently from contractors that have managed to secure a project in the last few months are referrals/recommendations from ex-colleagues. Just goes to show that aside from applying to jobs online, speaking to recruiters etc it is always worth keeping in touch with old colleagues. Using a combination of different search strategies I can find above 1000 open Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM positions per year. This weekend I had done for example an exhaustive screening at Madrid, Barcelona and London. Task that I had not done since 1 year #D365 #MarketResearch
