Today’s GME meeting was a blast, thanks to Robb Conlon's brilliant 3-minute teach on customer service. He hit us with a gem: "The best customer service is no customer service." 🤯 - Quiet is Key: When things are working smoothly, silence is golden. 🛠️ - If It Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix It: No need to meddle with what’s already working. - Respect Preferences: Not everyone wants to be interrupted; sometimes, the best service is just letting things be. Alison Simmons chimed in with a great point about setting expectations right at the start of any relationship. Setting the stage early can avoid a lot of headaches later on. And then, just for fun, I challenged everyone to consider their relationship with their cell phone provider. Aren't we all just thrilled when they reach out for no reason? 😂 It was a fantastic discussion that left us all thinking a bit deeper about how we interact with our customers.
