Women with gynecological cancers are near and dear to my heart, so much so that I founded Below The Waist, Inc a few years ago. A part of our mission is to provide financial assistance to women undergoing active treatment for a gynecological cancer. We provide financial assistance in the following ways: -Medical bills (including co-pays) -Gas -Groceries -Medical transportation Cancer treatment can be expensive, even with insurance, short and long term disability. We want to ensure patients with a gynecological cancer can receive the proper care and focus on their healing journey vs worrying about everyday costs.
