🌟 Exciting news! 🌟 Our mentorship program is taking meaningful connections to a whole new level. One of our members traveled across the pond to meet her mentor face-to-face! Here's her take on the encounter: "Meeting Jenni face-to-face reinforced our trust, enriched our following interactions, and created a deeper bond. The most unexpected realization was the amount of similarity I found in Jenni. The feeling that you are being understood is something I can’t describe, but it feels safe and good. It opens you up to more meaningful conversations and gives you the perspective of seeing yourself through another's eyes." Milena Boc Jenni Pignatelli At Leading Intentional Connections, we believe in nurturing profound, impactful connections that transcend virtual boundaries. Our mentorship program isn't just about professional mentorship—it's about forging lifelong bonds and fostering pathways for personal and career growth. 🎉 #LIconnections #intentionalconnections #BuildingNetworks #LeadershipDevelopment

This week my mentor, Laura Marx, and I wrapped up our formal meetings as we closed out the Capital Region YPN Executive Mentorship Program. Here's some of the biggest take-aways I've learned from our conversations: 1. It's important to develop a personal brand outside of your current role or company. Those can change…but who you are won't. 2. The in-between can be a scary and uncomfortable place, but a lot of growth happens there. 3. Some opportunities present themselves because you're meant to say 'yes,' while other times they are just meant to teach you that something else is possible. Distinguishing between the two can be challenging. A huge thank you to Laura for all the knowledge you've shared these last few months. I highly recommend the program to anyone who might be interested in making some new connections! #YoungProfessionals #Mentorship

#mentoring #reversementoring do you do either of both ? My journey is one of opportunity and chances being taken, however at every turn somebody has been kind enough to invest their time in training, inspiring, coaching, discipling me (yes), supporting and listening to me….. We are all wrapped up in each others success….
Witnessing mentorship in action 🌟 This week, I had the pleasure of attending a mentoring lunch with Jamie Reynolds & Elliot Hewson. Watching my new business partner impart wise words onto a young superstar was truly inspiring. Jamie emphasised the importance of always asking for help and maintaining humility—practices that are fundamental, yet often overlooked. Reflecting on my years in recruitment, I realise there are very few examples of this advice being practiced. So much of the content shared on LinkedIn highlights the negatives within the industry: constant changes, uncertainties, and challenges. Yet, whenever I bump into former colleagues on the street, the story is starkly different: "I'm pulling up trees... all good here." Why not share you are struggling, why not ask for help? 🌱 The recruitment industry is evolving, yes, but it's also full of potential and opportunity. By embracing humility and seeking help, we can navigate these changes more effectively and make our industry stronger. To all my colleagues, old and new, reach out if you need help. I will be here for you, hopefully you for me! 🤝 #Mentorship #RecruitmentSuccess #IndustryInsights
