I would like to acknowledge all of those who applied for the Quantity Surveying position at Arrowsmith Ltd. We are honoured to have received a significant number of applicants and as of today have closed the advert. For those who have applied, we are commencing the interview process. Every applicant will be contacted by our HR department and those who are shortlisted will be interviewed. If anyone who has applied is not contacted within the next three weeks, please let me know. We appreciate all of our applicants, and want to ensure each one is advised of whether they are successful or not. It can be daunting putting your name forward, and Arrowsmith value the efforts put into each application. For those who are unsuccessful, we wish you all the best on your future endeavours. Lastly, I personally have received a significant number of connection or follow requests. Although I appreciate the connections, to remain unbiased I will refrain from accepting these during the interviewing process. This will enable us to keep this process fair and transparent for all potential candidates. #appreciation #hiring #humanresources #careers

Resume pro tip..... Got this resume from someone applying for a site civil position. This is the write up from their most recent experience (company taken out). From this word salad, can you tell what their experience is? Looked up the company just to figure out that they cut countertop stone. Be specific and let the HR person understand what your specific experience is or risk being looked over. No word salads.

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻! I’ve often received feedback from Qatar, but this one is from Bahrain (and I still have a few Qatar interview success stories I haven’t shared yet 😅). Mr. H reached out casually for help with rewording his CV. He wasn’t actively job hunting, but wanted to get familiar with CV writing techniques to be fully prepared when the time comes. I love this approach, getting comfortable with the process and gradually mastering the skills. After we worked together, he successfully secured his 1st international interview for a 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 role in 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻. Let’s all wish him success in the next stage! I frequently get asked whether I can help individuals outside the engineering or oil and gas industries, and the answer is definitely 𝗬𝗘𝗦. I review your CV, remove unnecessary information, and highlight your core strengths and expertise. Then, I transform it into my proven template, which is nearly 95% complete. At the end of the CV, I include examples to guide you in adding more value if needed. No matter your background, this is the process I follow to transform your CV. I offer CV review and conversion services starting at RM40, aimed at simplifying your CV by highlighting your key strengths for a clear and impactful presentation. My ATS-friendly templates have a proven track record with international and also local companies, not only focus on certain industry (https://lnkd.in/g29hADNm).
