A liquid metal alloy containing gallium, indium, and tin has been proposed as an additive to Portland cement (Allakhverdiev et al., 1993). A formulation is shown in Table 18.16. Theliquid metal alloy has a melting point of11◦C. Its presence does not cause corrosion of stainless steel up to 250◦C, but causes corrosion of steel alloys at temperature above 35◦C. It dissolves aluminum at room temperature. The alloy is harmless to skin and to mucous membranes. Isobutanol is used as an alcoholcomponent to increase strength ofproduced cement stone. It should be noted that gallium and indium are precious metals, and better used in the nonferrous metal industries. #Globechem #oilandgas #chemical #chemicalindustry #oilandgasindustry #waterfiltration #watermanagement #gashydratecontrol #wax #depostion #lubricants #oil #gas

FOR GRAY AND NODULAR IRON 🔥❤ IM 22 is a strong anti-coil because it contains powerfully graphitizing elements, such as: Zirconium, Calcium, Barium, in addition to Silicon, which, when combined with Sulfur, has a strong inoculant action. Thus, the texture is refined to promote a greater number of eutectic cells. This is also true for Barium, which causes delayed evanescence. Barium, in addition to Calcium, expands the temperature range of this inoculant. It gives excellent results on all pieces with thin walls or that contain strongly collating elements. 🙏🏻❤🎯 On a global level, the market is generally, concerned with contamination increase during Inoculant production. Our IM 22 is produced in submerged arc furnaces, where charcoal and iron ore are used respectively, as a reducing agent and source of iron elements. Therefore, residual levels of undesirable elements are very low. 🎯😉✅ Chemical composition: Silicon 60 - 67% Calcium 1 - 1.5% Barium 1.8 – 3.0% Zirconium 5 - 8% Manganese 5 - 8% Aluminum 2% max Fusion Range 1280 ÷ 1320ºC (2336 ÷ 2390ºF) Granulometry 0.15 x 0.6mm 0.6 x 3.0mm 3.0 x 6.0mm Rotavi Industrial - The best quality and yield of FeSiMg alloy in Brazil is now the best in the world. Ferrovanadium (FeV) is an alloy formed by combining iron and vanadium with a vanadium content range of 35–85%. The production of this alloy results in a grayish silver crystalline solid that can be crushed into a powder called "ferrovanadium dust". Ferrovanadium is a universal hardener, strengthener and anti-corrosive additive for steels like high-strength low-alloy steel, tool steels, as well as other ferrous-based products. It has significant advantages over both iron and vanadium individually. Ferrovanadium is used as an additive to improve the qualities of ferrous alloys. One such use is to improve corrosion resistance to alkaline reagents as well as sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. It is also used to improve the tensile strength to weight ratio of the material. One application of such steels is in the chemical processing industry for high pressure high throughput fluid handling systems dealing with industrial scale sulfuric acid production. It is also commonly used for hand tools e.g. spanners (wrenches), screwdrivers, ratchets, etc. If you have interest in it, you can contact me without hesitation. Performance and characteristics of smelting type composite deoxidizer products: 1. Independent deoxidation is fast and fast. The composite deoxidizer is added to the molten steel in a certain proportion, which can quickly form active and stable white slag. There is no need to add other deoxidizing alloys to meet the final deoxidation requirements; 2. Improve alloy yield, adsorb inclusions, and purify molten steel. Because the composite deoxidizer deoxidizes quickly and reduces alloy powder, it not only has excellent deoxidation and desulfurization functions, but also can spheroidize the oxide inclusions and stably adsorb them in the slag, which serves the metallurgical purpose of purifying molten steel; 3. It is applicable to a wide range of steel types, the dosage is small, and the slag viscosity is small, making it easy to pour slag. Composite deoxidizer is not only suitable for unrefined ordinary carbon steel, but also for refined low alloy steel, medium and high carbon steel and high-quality alloy steel. At the same time, the refining time can be shortened and the hit rate and recovery rate of the alloy can be improved. 4. The composite deoxidizer is low in price, easy to transport, does not absorb moisture, does not pulverize, is safe to use, and has no inventory hazards. Linn Lee TEL/WhatsApp: +86 15670021118 email:linn@meegen.net Website:www.meegen.net

Common uses of ferrosilicon are as follows: (1) Ferrosilicon is an essential deoxidizer in the steelmaking industry. In steelmaking, ferrosilicon is used for precipitation deoxidation and diffusion deoxidation. Brick iron is also used as an alloying agent in steelmaking. (2) It is used as an inoculant and spheroidizer in the cast iron industry. In the production of ductile iron, ferrosilicon is an important inoculant (to help graphite precipitation) and spheroidizer. (3) It is used as a reducing agent in ferroalloy production. Not only is the chemical affinity between silicon and oxygen very large, but the carbon content of high-silicon ferrosilicon is also very low. Therefore, high-silicon ferrosilicon (or siliceous alloy) is a commonly used reducing agent in the ferroalloy industry when producing low-carbon ferroalloys.
