Embedding sustainability across our organization has been a key driver in enhancing our positive contributions and integral to the success we've achieved so far. As we assess our ambitious KPIs aimed at fostering a more responsible model of tourism, our Iberostar Wave of Change hub and sustainable operations teams, along with specialists from across the organization, came together to explore ways to amplify our efforts. Every employee plays a role in this journey, and this was evident in the breadth of experts present at our meeting at Iberostar Selection Cancun. Our transversal approach not only enables us to achieve scale within the organization, but also streamlines processes, enhances efficiencies, and strengthens the business case for why we are committed to this path. Seeing the benefits of an integrated approach, we are inspired to collaborate and share further, to accelerate our collective progress and drive meaningful industry change. #waveofchange #responsibletourism
